The Godfather of Nuevo Latino Cuisine, Chef Douglas Rodriguez, is a pioneer in the culinary world. With numerous award-winning restaurants, best selling cookbooks, and television appearances under his belt, Chef Douglas is about to incorporate a fresh twist on his highly regarded ‘Nuevo Latino’ cuisine. Chef Rodriguez is revamping the menu this summer at his Miami Beach sensation, De Rodriguez at The Hilton Bently Hotel.  Chef is also adding new ways to enrich your dining experience: including luxurious poolside cabana dining and private suite dining, complete with your own sound system and HD TV.

Featuring only the freshest seasonal ingredients from Latin America, the new menu will present a twist on classic dishes, delivering diners in Miami an authentic experience to be remembered.

Located on the famed Ocean Drive, but away from the tourist-laden haunts, De Rodriguez’s sumptuous beachfront restaurant is intimate and elegant, pulsing with the energy and excitement that Miami demands.
